Mariano Otero 3429 Piso 7, Guadalajara, Jal. 44550 Compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and its regulations is one of our main concerns, so the information of our customers, suppliers, employees and third parties with whom STO maintains business relationships or any other kind is treated as strictly confidential. PERSONAL DATA AND HOW IT IS COLLECTED

1. Personal Information Requested
STO will request personal information from the users of the services, holders of personal information, in order to provide the best personalized experience in the use of the services that STO provides, to the extent possible to send you messages that may be of interest to you, whether they are our own or from our advertisers and third party advertising with whom STO has entered into agreements. The owner will be responsible for the personal information he/she chooses to provide in these cases. By consenting to the transfer of personal data to STO, the data subject acknowledges and agrees that STO may transfer personal data to third parties, including sponsors, advertisers, contractors and/or business partners. 5. Mechanisms to exercise the rights related to the protection of personal data (ARCO
rights).
In order to provide the holder with the means to exercise the ARCO rights, STO makes available to the holders the e-mail address arco@STO.com.mx through which the requests for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition will be processed and followed up.
The holder may send through this means a request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, with respect to their personal data.
Said request must contain:
• The full name of the owner and all the data requested for registration, as well as an e-mail to communicate the response to your request.
• Electronic copy of the documents proving the identity of the holder of the personal data (RFC, IFE).
• Clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you are seeking to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.
• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
Indicate the modifications to be made and/or the limitations to the use of personal data and provide documentation to support your request.
STO will communicate to the owner of the personal data the decision taken, within a period not exceeding 20 working days from the date on which the request was received.
This period may be extended by STO on one single occasion for an equal period of time, if justified by the circumstances of the case.
STO will inform the holder of the personal data the sense and motivation of the resolution by e-mail and will accompany such resolution with the relevant evidence, if any.

STO may deny total or partial access to personal data or to the rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing thereof, in the following cases:
• When the applicant is not the owner or the legal representative is not accredited to do so.
• When the STO database does not contain the applicant’s personal data.
• When the rights of a third party are injured.
• When there is a legal impediment or resolution of an authority.
• When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made, so that the request lacks subject matter.
The deletion of personal data will give rise to a blocking period after which STO will proceed to the deletion of the relevant data. Once the relevant personal data has been deleted, STO will notify the owner of the data. Once the above is done, STO may keep the personal data exclusively for the purposes of the responsibilities derived from the processing referred to in the Privacy Notice. STO will not be obliged to cancel personal data in the cases established in article twenty-six of the Federal Law for the Protection of Data in Possession of Private Parties. Likewise, when the information collected in the personal data is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice and in the applicable legal provisions, your personal data will be cancelled from STO’s database.

6. Information for Children under 13 years of age residing in the United States of America and its territories
